What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst, Professional II to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of our software bookings, driving performance visibility through robust reporting, and facilitating cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities

Bookings Validation & Operations

• Software Bookings Validation: Rigorously audit and validate software bookings to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and proper revenue recognition.
• Correction & Adjustment Management: Identify discrepancies in bookings data and proactively recommend adjustments. Work closely with Order Management, Finance, Sales Operations, and other operational areas to execute necessary corrections.
• Data Integrity: Continuously monitor and maintain data hygiene within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and associated sales tools to ensure a reliable single source of truth.

Reporting & Analysis

• KPI Management: Update and distribute monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to sales leadership.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc analyses on pipeline health, sales trends, win/loss rates, and other critical metrics to uncover actionable business insights.
• Commit Maintenance: Update and maintain the monthly bookings, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into expected bookings outcomes.
• QBR Preparation: Take ownership of updating and maintaining the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) PowerPoint presentations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Strategic Partnership: Work collaboratively with the Finance and Sales Incentive (Compensation) teams. Ensure alignment of bookings, and compensation payouts based on validated data.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency and sales productivity.

Standard Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role within SaaS software environment preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex modeling) and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (preferred).
• Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to finding data issues.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to confidently present findings and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to leadership.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines (especially during month/quarter-end close), and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
