HR Business Partner / HR Generalist (Multiple Territories)
Who we are:
Temco Logistics is the fastest-growing appliance delivery and installation company in the country. We specialize in final mile logistics and service and are continuing to expand across multiple regions. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and employee-focused HR professionals to support our field operations and leadership teams.
About the Role:
We are hiring for both HR Business Partner (HRBP) and HR Generalist (HRG) roles supporting multi-site operations. These positions are highly collaborative and field-based, requiring strong partnership with General Managers, Regional Directors, and employees across multiple locations.

HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development and compliance. The HRBP ensures consistency in HR policies and practices while adapting solutions to meet the unique needs of each location.
Salary: 90k - 100k per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with Regional Directors, General Managers, and leadership teams
- Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on complex issues
- Conduct engagement and development visits to assess site health and culture
- Drive HR strategy execution including retention, engagement, and performance initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with HR (ER, Legal, Compliance, L&D, Recruiting)
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to senior leadership
- Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Skills & Core Competencies:
- Strong strategic partnership skills with the ability to influence senior and regional leadership
- Advanced employee relations expertise, including managing complex, high-risk investigations and driving resolution strategies
- Proven ability to assess organizational health across multiple sites and translate insights into actionable plans
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives to operational and financial outcomes
- Experience using HR data and metrics to identify trends, influence decisions, and proactively mitigate risk
- Adaptive communication skills, including navigating difficult conversations with diplomacy and credibility
HR Generalist (HRG)
Overview:
The HR Generalist supports the HR Business Partner and local leadership teams by executing HR processes, managing employee relations at the site level, and driving engagement initiatives.
Salary: 75k - 85k per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular check-ins with assigned business units
- Support employee relations investigations in partnership with HRBP
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees
- Lead local engagement activities and initiatives
- Support retention efforts and employee relations strategies
- Maintain compliance and HR documentation standards
- Use HR data to support initiatives directed by HRBP

Requirements
HRBP Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience supporting multi-site, field, or regional operations
- Strong background in managing complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching
- Experience partnering with senior and mid-level leadership to provide HR guidance and support business decisions
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and risk mitigation strategies
- Proven ability to operate autonomously, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across multiple locations
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
HR Generalist Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 -5 years of progressive HR experience in a broad HR capacity
- Experience in managing hands-on ER issues, investigations, performance management, and handling operational HR functions
- Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines
- Experience supporting multi-site field or high-volume operational environments
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50-75%
