Multinational automotive industry leader is seeking an influential, data driven General Manager to lead operations, maximize profitability, drive revenue and growth across all departments.
Requirements
What are you responsible for?
You will oversee new/pre-owned sales, service, parts and F&I while cultivating a high-performance dealership culture.
You excel in building and developing a robust team; developing that team into an accomplished group of dedicated professionals realizing their own potential for themselves and the dealership.
You will spearhead sales strategies and meet/exceed monthly targeted objectives while managing the dealership P&L, analyze market trends and optimize ROI.
You will be key to enhancing the guest experience.
You will champion an exceptional guest experience throughout every stage of the guest journey.
You will be the cultural ambassador for guest satisfaction and service excellence.
You will implement best practices that drive guest loyalty, retention, and dealership reputation.
Just as important will be the inventory management you will oversee along with pricing strategies and retail/wholesale operations.
What do you have?
Extensive and proven Ford dealership experience is a must.
Demonstrated long-term success in dealership management with a proven track record of achieving strong, operational and financial results.
Expert understanding of dealership financial statements, KPI’s and profitability drivers.
Exceptional leadership, coaching and team development skills.
Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability, ownership and execution.
Comprehensive understanding of CRM platforms, digital retailing and data analytics.
