Experienced Attorney–Employment and Labor Law–Seattle, WA OR Long Beach, CA (Hybrid Position)
Miller Nash is seeking employment and labor attorneys with at least 10+ years of practical experience to join our Education and Employment team in Seattle, Washington or Long Beach, California office.
Ideal candidates will possess a demonstrated commitment to client service, proven ability to manage a book of business, enthusiasm for working in a team environment, and be ready to hit the ground running on pending cases and immediate client needs. Experience representing both public and private management/employers is preferred, and traditional labor law experience a plus.
Membership in the Washington State Bar or California State Bar is required, respectively. Membership in the Oregon State Bar a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys.

Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $220,000 annually. (The posted range reflects the expected base salary for this role based on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant considerations. The exact offer within this range will depend on the selected candidate’s background.)
In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to established targets for billings, collections, and billed hours, and discretionary bonus opportunities. Full details regarding bonus eligibility, structure, and potential will be provided in the candidate’s contract.
Total compensation can significantly exceed the base salary range depending on individual performance, billable hours, and firm results.
