Description
Job Summary
The Director of Enterprise Architecture Infrastructure & Compliance leads enterprise architecture strategy, infrastructure planning, and compliance initiatives to ensure technology investments align with business objectives and architectural standards. This role oversees technology governance, solution architecture, cloud strategies, compliance frameworks, and enterprise-wide infrastructure design while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop enterprise architecture and technology strategies aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with business and service owners to create architecture and technology roadmaps.
Design enterprise infrastructure architecture and create technical reference models.
Develop architectural standards, documentation, and governance processes.
Lead technical and functional solution design throughout project delivery.
Ensure technology solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.
Recommend and implement cloud, SaaS, analytics, and enterprise technology solutions.
Provide architectural guidance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory frameworks, including PCI-DSS, GRC, and HIPAA.
Collaborate across multiple technology portfolios to maintain architectural consistency.
Support technology investment planning and infrastructure optimization.
Lead multiple architecture initiatives simultaneously.
Promote enterprise architecture best practices and continuous improvement.
Perform additional enterprise architecture and compliance responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
11+ years of enterprise architecture or related IT experience (13+ years preferred).
Experience with PCI-DSS, GRC, and HIPAA compliance.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, infrastructure design, and governance.
Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise technologies.
Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) architecture (preferred).
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading architecture teams and enterprise technology initiatives.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple enterprise architecture projects simultaneously.
