We are actively partnering with respected law firms and corporate legal departments seeking experienced Contract Attorneys to provide immediate support on a wide variety of legal matters across multiple practice areas. Whether your background is in litigation, employment, corporate, commercial transactions, real estate, healthcare, intellectual property, family law, or another specialty, we welcome the opportunity to connect with experienced attorneys interested in contract or project-based opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (or eligibility to practice in Washington)
- Prior attorney experience in one or more legal practice areas
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage assignments independently while collaborating effectively with legal teams
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly learn new subject matter and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with litigation, transactional, regulatory, or advisory work is welcomed
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and can quickly contribute to ongoing matters
