Launched in March 2006, ColorsNWCareers is a diversity-based job portal specifically designed to connect candidates of color with Northwest employers looking to hire and staff a workforce that reflects the diversity of the Northwest. ColorsNWCareers is a free comprehensive resource for job seekers and a valuable tool that employers can use to post jobs and review resumes online. ColorsNWCareers focuses on diversity job issues and offers job listings only available from Northwest employers that value diversity.

Started in 2001 out the Robert Jeffrey's basement, ColorsNW, Inc. has grown into the leading multi-cultural media outlet in the Northwest.
