Company Overview
Charles Wright Academy is an independent coeducational day school offering a broad curriculum in the liberal arts. Founded in 1957, the school enrolls 660 students in grades junior kindergarten through twelve. We are located in a suburban neighborhood southwest of Tacoma, approximately 1 mile from Puget Sound and within the shadow of Mt. Rainier.

Charles Wright Academy offers benefit-eligible employees access to a competitive benefit package that includes medical and dental coverage for employees and their families with reasonable cost sharing arrangements, life insurance, short and long term disability and generous paid sick, vacation and holiday leave.
After satisfying eligibility requirements, employees will participate in the Academy's fully-vested, 403(b) retirement plan which includes a company contribution of 5% of salary with an increase over time.
Academy-paid lunch during the school year, a welcoming environment, and 50% CWA tuition remission for children of exempt employees are just some of the additional benefits.
