The Center for Ethical Leadership’s mission is to cultivate leadership and build capacity for change, helping communities tap collective wisdom in service of the common good. To fulfill our mission, we serve communities across the country (including our home region) with excellent programs in three complementary areas: building a national Community Learning Exchange, deepening and spreading Gracious Space, and building capacity for leadership and change projects. Our activities strengthen local leadership for change as well as provide an ongoing network of support and skill-building across communities.
