Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.
Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.
Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation.
Consistent support of the department's quality improvement and patient safety standards programs and initiatives is also required.

Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Required
Other Pharm D. Required
CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required.
PHAR- Pharmacist upon hire required.
3 years of hospital experience or residency preferred.
Must be proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient and possess basic math skills.
PGY2 training in internal medicine, pharmacotherapy, or similar specialty are highly preferred.
