JD&Co is excited to announce openings for Watchmaker, Watch Technician and Polisher at our state-of-the-art jewelry and watch repair center in Tacoma, WA.

Our modern facility supports many well-known retail partners nationwide and is designed for high-volume, high-quality repairs and custom work. This is a great opportunity to be part of a talented, fast-paced team working with luxury timepieces every day.

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented watch professional to join us full-time. The ideal candidate has experience ranging from quartz movements to high-end automatic watches and takes pride in precision craftsmanship and consistent quality.

Requirements

Key Qualifications
Several years of experience as a watchmaker, watch technician or watch polisher.
CW21 Certification (or comparable proof of expertise in watchmaking) strongly preferred.
Proven experience servicing a variety of watches, including luxury brands (e.g., Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Cartier, etc.).
Extensive knowledge of repairing, adjusting, and maintaining commonly used watch calibers (e.g., ETA 7750 and similar movements).
Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship.
Experience in watch and/or jewelry polishing and refinishing is strongly preferred.
Certification from Lititz Watch Technicum, SAWTA, AWCI, Swatch Group or Richemont is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
