Our client is an established and well-regarded major financial institution which has enjoyed success in the region and is in an exciting transformation phase as it continues to grow its businesses. There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic and progressive talent acquisition leader to be part of this exciting journey to enable the firm to be a strong talent magnet.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this is a high impact role where you will manage a team to ensure successful attraction of top talent across functions. You will play a direct, hands-on role in senior and confidential searches, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, market insights, and succession planning. Alongside this, you will provide effective leadership to your team to drive high performance as well as their development, and enhance the firm's presence and positioning in the talent market. You will also play a key role in contributing to the transformation and future-proofing of the talent acquisition function through the smart application of AI, data, and digital solutions that elevate both efficiency, candidate and stakeholder experience.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading successful talent acquisition functions in large, complex organisations senior executive hiring and experienced hires, ideally gained in the banking and financial services, or adjacent sectors. Candidates with proven TA leadership track record who demonstrate a strong appreciation of the financial services sector will also be considered. You have a data-driven approach to talent acquisition strategy formulation and decision-making; and are resilient, innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong presentation and communication skills.
