Description
Check in each guest and help them with simply chatting to get them over their injury recovery journey. Suggest Dta, food assistance services to ease their mind since they cannot be at work. 15- 25 min phone service to improve the lives of athletes since most are on their own during their journey. Help them map out milestones they have achieved to that they can get back to the sport they love. This role can go hand in hand with the virtual Front desk check in. PHD therapist level required.
STAMP.ME rewards app. Front desk the full communication of the NOS Athleisure & yoga guest experience. Help them ear rewards for each time they check in to any global partnering gym. Each season new rewards are added and removed from the virtual store. See Instagram for updated newsleter. Fans and gym goers can earn merch or other NOS ATHLEISURE PERKS. (LIMITED TIME ONLY). Interning CAPMs can earn PDUs for any work completed.We host 4 events per year to have retreats at our Airbnbs in Florida and Texas. You will make or manage 1 program for content curation submitting 1-3 content post of local business leads and our yoga events . You will manage check in process and payment for guest experience. You will keep issue log and risk management log and assign risk managers. You will report KPIs to the the portfolio manager and project sponsor monthly on first and 30th.
Requirements
Airbnb host experience
PHD or master level therapist level required
Sympathy toward all people. Good interpersonal skills and problem solving.
Friendly on phone with Nos Athleisure members to help them with tech and downloading apps to participate in consistent workout rewards via stamp.me app rewards.
Able to keep organized and kpi spreadsheet of member onboarding.
Reporting your monthly PDUs for 1 hour increments to PMI for your benefit.
Reporting 30 mins to protect sponsor . Also eligible for PDUs submission.
PMP certification
CAPM certified
This is important so you gain value thru reporting PDUs and gaining business experience thru that process .
