Whitby, Ontario (Durham Region)
Compensation: $60,000–$120,000+ per year

Motorcity Mitsubishi is expanding our Pre-Owned Sales Division and hiring 3–4 professional Used Vehicle Sales Consultants. We’re a high-volume used-car dealership known for transparency, strong leadership, and a process-driven approach to selling pre-owned vehicles.

What You’ll Be Doing
Selling quality pre-owned vehicles through a proven sales process
Handling leads via CRM, phone, showroom, and digital channels
Appraising trades and presenting value transparently
Providing great customer experiences (no pressure, no gimmicks)
Contributing ideas and helping shape the used-car department’s success
What We’re Looking For
Experience selling used vehicles (preferred)
Honest, hardworking, and professional
Strong communicator with strong follow-up
Ability to work evenings/weekends as required
Desire for stability, advancement, and long-term success

Requirements
Mandatory:
Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
OMVIC Certification (active and in good standing)
Ability to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit)
Preferred Experience:
1+ years of used vehicle sales experience
Experience with CRM systems (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.)
Strong phone, text, and digital communication skills
Experience handling online leads and showroom traffic
Knowledge of used-vehicle market trends, reconditioning, and trade appraisals
Personal Attributes:
Professional, honest, and customer-focused
Strong work ethic and follow-up discipline
Team-oriented with no ego and no drama
Ambitious, coachable, and interested in long-term growth
