What You’ll Do

• Provide medical dermatology care within your scope
• Perform exams, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care
• Administer injectables (Botox, fillers) — additional training available
• Educate and guide patients through treatment options
• Manage prescriptions, follow-ups, and documentation
• Ensure a warm, professional, high-quality patient experience

  Pay Range: $130,000 – $250,000 (based on experience)

  Job Duration: 3-5 years
  Incentives: Eligible for incentive collections

  The pay range listed represents the annual base salary that the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to offer at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other legally permissible considerations.

  In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives, including productivity or quality bonuses.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• PA-C or NP licensed in OR or WA (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ year of Dermatology experience preferred
• Experience with Botox and fillers a plus
• Strong communication, professionalism, and patient-first mindset
• Ability to practice independently with support available
