The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full-cycle recruiting process for both cleared and uncleared roles across technical, program, and corporate functions. You will partner directly with leadership, hiring managers, and program teams to develop sourcing strategies, deliver top talent quickly, and enhance our recruitment processes for long-term scalability.
This is a hands-on role—you will source, screen, and close candidates while building the recruiting infrastructure that supports a high-growth GovCon environment.
Requirements
Five (5) + years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least two (2) years recruiting for federal government contracting roles.
Proven experience sourcing and closing cleared candidates (Secret, TS/SCI).
Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, Boolean search, and passive sourcing methods.
Ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
US Citizenship and eligibility for Top Secret Clearance.
