Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in recruitment or a related discipline.
-Knowledge of staffing processes and U.S. employment law impacting recruitment.
-Experience handling confidential information.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in spreadsheets or databases.
-Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and HRIS platforms.
-Proven ability to source candidates via social media, job boards, and campus partnerships.
-High-volume recruiting experience managing multiple requisitions.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Airline industry experience is a plus.
