Summary

At Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, the Senior Sales Manager plays a key role in driving group business for the West Coast geographic territory. This position is responsible for cultivating new opportunities, responding to inquiries with creativity and precision, and building lasting partnerships with group clients. From conducting site visits and crafting tailored proposals to negotiating contracts and managing accounts, the Senior Sales Manager ensures every detail contributes to a seamless client experience. Analyzing lost business trends is also part of the role, helping to shape future strategies and strengthen performance.

Working closely with teams across the resort, the Senior Sales Manager develops and executes targeted sales plans designed to exceed revenue and room night goals. Collaboration and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are at the heart of this role.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of proven success in consistently achieving revenue targets, ideally within a lifestyle luxury resort setting
• A track record of building strong client relationships and earning repeat business
• Exceptional ability to close business with strong negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of leads
• Comfort working in a hybrid role, balancing on-site presence with remote productivity
