**Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fitter to join our dynamic team. The Fitter is responsible for fitting customers with the right products, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. **Responsibilities** - Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs and provide personalized recommendations. - Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our products. - Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their uses to provide informed customer service. - Handle cash register duties, including processing transactions and managing cash handling. - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management. - Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting relevant products and driving sales growth. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all displays and fixtures are in good condition. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods. **Skills** - Proven experience in retail sales, with a focus on customer service and sales growth. - Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures. - Ability to conduct product demos and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. - Proficiency in stock management and inventory control. - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. - Experience in a grocery store or similar retail environment. - Ability to sell and upsell products, with a focus on promoting relevant products and driving sales growth. - High-energy sales personality with a passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
