Requirements

Fluently speak Mandarin/Cantonese.

Successfully manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to vehicle delivery.  
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Develop and maintain a strong customer base through effective follow-up, personalized service, and referral programs.

Expertly present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, guiding customers to the right vehicle for their needs.  
Effectively negotiate deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.  
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the dealership's new and used vehicle inventory, financing options, and warranty programs.
