We're looking for an Analyst, Sales Operations to join our high-performing team in Alpharetta, GA. TThis is an impactful role that supports our global Sales Operations function and helps build operational excellence across our go-to-market teams. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional partners to support deal execution, improve data quality, and enhance the efficiency of our sales processes.
About the Role
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key supporting role in the quote-to-cash process and day-to-day sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, maintaining data accuracy, and helping sales teams navigate systems and processes. You'll assist with deal reviews, maintain CRM and CPQ data integrity, support policy adherence, and help identify opportunities to improve operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end sales process by reviewing quotes, validating deal details, and ensuring accuracy across Salesforce and CPQ.
- Assist Sales with deal structuring questions, policy interpretation, and standard process guidance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to route deals, gather required information, and ensure smooth approvals for pricing and commercial terms.
- Maintain high-quality data in Salesforce by monitoring pipeline hygiene, account details, and opportunity updates.
- Perform regular audits to identify inconsistencies or process gaps and escalate issues when needed.
- Support reporting needs by pulling data, updating dashboards, and tracking key sales performance metrics.
- Help implement process improvements and automation under the guidance of Sales Operations leadership.
- Uphold internal policies by reviewing quotes for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standard terms.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to sellers, including troubleshooting CPQ or Salesforce issues and coordinating with internal teams to resolve blockers.
About You
- 13 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role—preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce; experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ preferred) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing quotes, customer data, or sales documentation.
- Comfortable analyzing data, building basic reports, and interpreting sales metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate process steps and requirements to sellers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests with urgency and accuracy.
