Director of Sales & Revenue Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Revenue Manager to lead the sales and revenue strategy for four branded hotels under the Hilton and Marriott portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales management, revenue optimization, and compliance with brand standards.
This dual role requires a strategic thinker who can drive top-line revenue growth while maintaining market competitiveness and brand integrity across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals across all market segments.
- Lead and mentor property-level sales to ensure cohesive and effective sales execution.
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor data to optimize pricing and inventory.
- Collaborate with property GMs and brand representatives to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Manage group, corporate, and leisure accounts to maximize yield and profitability.
- Oversee e-commerce and digital distribution strategies.
- Prepare accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance reports.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses and travel organizations to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales and/or revenue management; multi-property experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Hilton and/or Marriott systems, tools, and standards.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with hotel revenue management and CRM systems.

Salary/Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus commission
