Your Typical Day Full cycle selling - prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, site visits, proposal building, and closing new business in a B2B environmentTarget key verticals - restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges, corporate offices, entertainment venues & moreConduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirementsWork with prospects in a consultative manner as a fire and life safety expert Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
What Will You Bring? Successful  B2B sales experienceMechanical aptitudeControls or Life Safety solutions and service sales experience is a big plusConsultative selling approachWillingness and ability to work with a hands-on approachCRM programs required, Salesforce experience strongly preferred Ability to access plenum areas, rooftops, electrical closets, and mechanical rooms; use of ladders, inspection tools, and camera
