Position Title: Regional Sales Manager - Short Term Rentals
As a Regional Sales Manager on our Short-Term Rentals team, youll be on the front line of growthdriving new business while strengthening relationships with existing and recently acquired clients. Youll uncover new opportunities, deliver innovative rental solutions, and help businesses keep moving with speed and confidence.
Youll partner with clients across industries to provide flexible, short-term access to vans, trucks, and last-mile delivery vehicles that keep their operations on the road and on schedule.
Your day will include:
- Generating and pursuing prospects within your assigned region to sign new rental clients.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients through in-person meetings, calls, and virtual connections.
- Gathering market intelligence to negotiate pricing, delivery, and client specifications effectively.
- Supporting management with the development of new products and services.
- Maintaining accurate and complete data in Salesforceyour sales playbook for pipeline tracking and performance metrics.
- Delivering compelling presentations that bring the Merchants value proposition to life.
- Traveling 2530% of the time to visit clients and prospects across your region.

Bring your expertise:
- A proven record of top-performing sales success, including experience in contractual and strategic negotiations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills that engage clients and inspire confidence.
- The ability to move opportunities from idea to close while building lasting partnerships.
- A natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset that fuels your success.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and comfort using Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
- A team-oriented approach that leverages internal resources to exceed client expectations.
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record at time of hire.
- Must continue to keep a satisfactory driving record, as determined by Merchants, and remain eligible to be insured by the companys vehicle insurance carrier. Employee must cooperate in completing any required authorizations or paperwork for regular motor vehicle checks.
