Description
The Special Programs Manager leads the creation and coordination of CCVLP’s new Record Vacating and Legal Financial Obligation (LFO) Reduction program and supports other volunteer-driven legal service initiatives that expand access to justice in Clark County.
Note: This position is grant-funded for a two-year period (24 months) through funding dedicated to CCVLP’s Record Vacating and Legal Financial Obligation (LFO) Reduction initiative. Continued employment beyond that period will depend on renewal or identification of new funding sources.
Special Programs Manager – Join the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program (CCVLP) Team!
Are you motivated by creating new systems that remove barriers and restore opportunity? Do you thrive in spaces where legal aid, re-entry, and community empowerment intersect? Are you excited to help people clear criminal records, reduce court fines, and access a fresh start with dignity and compassion? Join us in expanding access to justice: one case, one volunteer, and one client at a time.
CCVLP is hiring a Special Programs Manager to lead the development and implementation of our new Record Vacating and Legal Financial Obligation (LFO) Reduction program and to support several smaller volunteer-driven programs within our “Special Programs” umbrella. This position builds relationships across courts, community partners, and statewide networks; supports and coordinates volunteer attorneys; and ensures clients receive accessible, trauma-informed legal help.
