Description

We are looking for an experienced HIV care provider to join a well-established, patient-centered clinical team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in HIV management, a commitment to evidence-based care, and the ability to provide compassionate, stigma-free services to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HIV primary and specialty care, including diagnosis, treatment, prevention, PrEP/PEP, and chronic disease management.
• Manage ART initiation, maintenance, adherence counseling, and viral suppression strategies.
• Offer gender-affirming and LGBTQ+-affirming care when within scope and training.
• Collaborate with case managers, pharmacists, behavioral health, and support services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and adhere to quality-of-care standards (e.g., HRSA, CDC guidelines).
• Participate in case conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed MD/DO with authority to practice in the state.
• Experience in HIV specialty care, infectious disease, or sexual health strongly preferred.
• Training/certification through AAHIVS or willingness to obtain within first year (preferred).
• Commitment to confidential, trauma-informed, culturally competent care.
• Ability to work with diverse communities, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and underserved populations.
