CUES is seeking a results-driven Performance Consultant to provide strategic consulting that enhances organizational effectiveness and drives meaningful improvements in leadership performance. This role demands a seasoned professional with expertise in performance management strategies, leadership development including design and delivery of in-person and virtual leadership programs, and client relationship management, tailored to meet the strategic needs and values of CUES and its members.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with a wide range of practical solutions, guiding leaders through complex challenges while building long-term partnerships that support sustained growth and success.

Requirements
We are seeking an individual who has:
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, learning & development, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development, performance consulting, or organizational effectiveness.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability and proven record leading engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Experience conducting needs assessments and providing strategic recommendations for performance improvement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent proposal and report writing skills, with experience crafting structured consulting deliverables.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client interactions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with trends in performance management, cultural transformation, and leadership coaching.
- Knowledge of the credit union industry is a plus but not required.
