Overview

Bainbridge Island, WA | Meadowmeer Golf & Country Club (meadowmeergolf.com) is a semi-private facility situated on Bainbridge Island, just a short ferry ride from Seattle. The club features a nine-hole golf course maintained by an expert grounds crew, a well-regarded dining venue, and a four-bay indoor golf center equipped with state-of-the-art TRACKMAN technology. With a nearly full membership roster and limited public play available, we are seeking a qualified Golf Professional to oversee the club's golf operations, including management of the indoor golf center, as well as providing golf instruction. Meadowmeer offers a welcoming environment for both members and staff. This position is full-time and year-round.

Experience Required

• Proficient in Golf Genius software and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Fore Up software preferred
• PGA/LPGA Member - PGA/LPGA Professional preferred
• High school diploma required

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead in daily golf operations, tournaments, and seasonal leagues
• Deliver golf lessons to members and guests
• Oversee activities and management at the Indoor Golf Center
• Note: Meadowmeer does have a Dir of Golf who is non-PGA and has been a long time employee at the Club. This position does a lot of different things to support the golf shop and the HP in their role to lead in the areas noted in the three bullets listed above.

• Base salary: $65,000-$70,000, DOE
