Be part of a team that values your ideas and empowers you to make meaningful change.As the Head of Data Quality in Asset and Wealth Management's Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will set the vision and lead the execution of our data quality strategy. You will partner with business, technology, and control teams to ensure our data is accurate, secure, and ready to drive decision-making. You'll help define and implement frameworks that support AI and machine learning initiatives, while fostering a culture of data stewardship and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative products and services. You'll represent us in industry forums and champion data quality best practices.
The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) is responsible for accelerating AWM's data and analytics journey. This includes ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of AWM's data, as well as leveraging this data to generate insights and drive decision-making. The CDAO is also responsible for developing and implementing solutions that support the efficient deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to increase speed to market for new products and services, increase efficiency, and lower risk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Defines and drive the execution of the AWM Data Quality Strategy
- Develops and implement business and technical data quality rules aligned with regulatory and business needs
- Partners with Data Governance to translate requirements into actionable rules and specifications
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define, implement, and monitor data quality standards
- Leads creation and maintenance of a centralized data quality framework across business units and geographies
- Oversees data profiling, rule development, and issue remediation for continuous improvement
- Drives adoption of data quality metrics, dashboards, and workflows for transparency and accountability
- Coordinates data stewardship programs to empower teams in data quality ownership
- Manages incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning for data quality issues
- Ensures alignment of data quality initiatives with broader governance and management strategies
- Represents AWM in external forums and lead data quality training and awareness programs
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience and technical knowledge in data management, governance, product management, agile transformation, analytics, metrics, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Financial Services experience. Solid understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Asset Management businesses globally
- Experience in strategic or transformational change
- Proven ability to execute in a matrixed, complex environment and influence at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively in an intellectually challenging environment
- Excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
- Structured thinker and effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Willingness to challenge the status quo, think creatively, and solve problems
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong leadership, technical skills and interpersonal skills - must have the ability to build strong working relationships key stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment and comfortable to operate independently
- Strong judgment with ability to balance strategic vision with pragmatic delivery
- A strong data, analytics and or product management background
- Experience with and or strong desire to deploy AI/ML to manage data quality
- Experience building and growing data and analytics teams and developing talent
