General Description of Responsibilities:
New Growth Press is seeking a dedicated Customer Care & Sales Coordinator to manage incoming orders by phone and email, and to coordinate conference arrangements. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication and technology skills, multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Key responsibilities include being resourceful and proactive in assisting customers to identify suitable products, troubleshoot solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, exceptional attention to detail, along with effective time management and prioritization skills.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Handle customer order inquiries/returns/issues over the phone and e-mail ensuring smooth and thorough processing of orders and returns.
- Collaborate with our Sales department for special orders or projects and administrative support.
- Manage all administrative coordination as it relates to conference arrangements.
- Become familiar with the NGP catalog to assist customers with product information and suggestions for their ongoing resource needs.
- Review and prioritize incoming customer requests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock levels, shipments, and special offers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mailing materials, tracking shipments, updating customer accounts, and performing related and/or special work as assigned.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Sales and customer-service orientated
- Conference planning: travel, shipments, and time-sensitive arrangements
- Strong communication skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, MS Teams, Outlook, and technology in general
- Self-starter, analytical, and good interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated – proactive – diligent – organized
- Servant-hearted and enthusiastic, with experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in administration, customer service, or project management

Benefits:
- Paid Time Off (accrual based on hours worked.)

- Between 35 – 40 hours per week. $27 per hour.
