Description
Join the Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB) Core Data team as the US Lead for Business Analysis. This Director-level role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic core party data solutions across the Commercial & Investment Bank, influencing high-profile change programs and delivering measurable business value. You will collaborate with Product Solutions and Program Management partners, build stakeholder trust, and help shape the future of data strategy at JPMorgan Chase.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Solution Design: Jointly lead the design and delivery of party, role, and relationship data solutions, informed by business use cases, with a focus on initiatives such as CLIENT360.
- Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders across Wholesale businesses and CLIENT360 teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead senior stakeholder meetings, preparing and presenting data models and solution proposals.
- Model Adoption Support: Facilitate the adoption of the strategic Core data model, supporting onboarding and downstream business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Business Case Development: Develop business cases to prioritize technology builds or enhancements, and participate in the annual budgeting process.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in delivering technical and/or operational change.
- Deep understanding of party and account Core data, client onboarding processes, and Commercial & Investment Bank businesses.
- Proven experience in product management and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present clear, fact-based recommendations and "tell a story" with data.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities; able to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Exceptional relationship management, team leadership, and influencing skills.
- Confident communicator at all organizational levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Familiarity with CLIENT360 systems and data management tools.

- Deep knowledge of institutional investor types and investment methodologies.
- Ability to tailor data network solutions to diverse client needs.
Vendor Evaluation & Negotiation
- Experience in vendor due diligence, risk assessment, and fit-for-purpose analysis.
- Skilled negotiator of commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Effective manager of ongoing vendor relationships to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Hands-On Analysis & Execution
- Willingness to perform hands-on analysis of data, products, and market opportunities.
- Proficient with data tools and presenting actionable insights.
- Balances strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to execution.
