Position Highlights:
$18.47-$22.62/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You'll Do:
Assist with ordering supplies, managing mail and deliveries, and preparing meeting materials.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute minutes, and ensure meeting logistics are handled.
Create and maintain reports using Excel, Word, and other tools; track departmental data and tasks.
Interact with staff across sites and collaborate with other administrative specialists to support program operations.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain organized filing systems, and support day-to-day office functions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED + 4 years of experience with complex office responsibilities OR
Associate's Degree or Certificate from an accredited technical school + 2 years of experience with complex office responsibilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Ability to perform general office tasks, including answering phones, typing, scheduling, and using office equipment
Ability to use software tools, such as Word, Excel, and basic database programs
Ability to communicate clearly, prioritize tasks, and work with frequent interruptions
Ability to travel to off-site meetings and support WIC/nutrition programs if applicable
